While the noble cannabis plant has, indeed, been liberated from a great many onerous and oppressive legislative burdens of late, there still remain several states which stubbornly refuse to let go of their antiquated policies. 🤦🏻

Current legal landscape

Under the provisions of the 2018 Farm Bill, it is federally legal for us to ship our products to all 50 United States. That glorious bill explicitly mandates the free and unhindered transport and shipment of all of our products.

However, the Farm Bill is enforceable only on the federal level; and, as such, is liable to being superseded by state law. Each state has the discretionary power to override the Farm Bill.

The table below indicates whether we are permitted to ship certain cannabis product categories into a state, as per each state’s current legal guidelines.
